Out-of-network options

If your insurance plan is not listed above, I am considered an out-of-network provider. You can still see me, but your appointment(s) will be self-pay. You may be able to have the cost partially or fully reimbursed if your plan includes out-of-network coverage. After your appointment(s) with me, I will provide you with a superbill and work with you to get the maximum allowable reimbursement from your insurance company.
